Thank you for booking your wedding flowers with Dartmoor Flowers. This document details our Practice Terms & Conditions. Some aspects of the Terms may not be relevant to you and we request that you ask for further explanation/clarification if required.

 

Fees

Following consultation you will receive a detailed document with a quote for the flowers discussed at the consultation. This quote is completely flexible as sometimes your ideas change or evolve in the months leading up to the wedding.

This document forms the business contract.

 

Estimates of costs

Each time the order changes or is amended a new written document of the order and costs will be provided.

 

Methods of Payment

On booking our services a deposit is required to secure the date of your wedding.

Balance of Payment is due for settlement two weeks before the wedding date when the flowers are ordered.

You may settle the account using: Cash, cheque or by bank transfer – we do not accept debit/credit card payment .

 

Settlement Terms

Full payment is expected two weeks before the wedding date when the flowers have to be ordered.

Should an account not be settled within 14 days then a statement will be sent which will include accounting charges in respect of administrative costs incurred. If further statements are necessary, further charges will be incurred.

After due notice to you the client, overdue accounts will be referred to our Debt Collection Agency and further charges – a minimum of 25% of the outstanding account – will be levied in respect of costs incurred in collecting the debt. Any Cash tendered that is found to be counterfeit, will result in the account being restored to the original sum owed with further charges added in respect of bank charges and administrative costs.

 

Wedding Insurance

Dartmoor Flowers strongly advises insuring your wedding. If for some reason the wedding can not take place or is cancelled Dartmoor Flowers cannot be responsible for costs incurred regarding flowers and any payment already made is non refundable.

 

Complaints and Standards
